RETURNS POLICY

 

Due to hygiene reasons all earring sales are final and are unable to be returned or exchanged. We also are not able to return or exchange if you have changed your mind, so please choose carefully. Please see the product description which lists the size, weight, colour and style of the earrings to determine if the product is suitable for you.

 

All of our pieces are quality checked but occasionally there may be a fault we didn’t find or your item arrives broken. If this happens please contact us at info@jamiemumford.com within five working days of receiving your parcel. Upon return of the item we can determine the issue and are happy to discuss a potential repair, replacement or refund. Buyers are responsible for any shipping or handling fees of the return.  Please carefully package the item in its original packaging materials and return via registered post. If you return something to us that we assess to be faulty, we will credit the shipping cost back to you.

 

All of our products are handmade so there will be inherent quirks and natural imperfections due to the way products are crafted. Due to the material qualities of resin, colours and patterns can vary slightly to those pictured. We embrace this as it makes each piece unique. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Jewellery and especially resin items are delicate and should be handled carefully.
