Don't worry! If something you love is sold out then we are probably hard at work in the studio making more. Please get in touch and we'll let you know when we can make it for you.
How do I track my order?
Upon dispatch, all customers will receive notification via email, that includes full tracking information for their parcel. To track your item visit the Australia Post website and enter your tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?

Can I pick up my order from your studio?
Yes, if you are in Melbourne you are welcome to pick up your order directly from our Brunswick studio. Please email Jamie at email@example.com to arrange a time for collection.
Can a personal message be included with my gift?
If your order is a gift for a special someone then we are happy to gift wrap the order and include a handwritten gift note. In the checkout notes please let us know that it is a gift and what you would like us to say on your behalf. We will not include a printed invoice for gift purchases, so please see your purchase email for invoice details.
What is your returns policy?
Due to hygiene reasons all earring sales are final and are unable to be returned or exchanged. We also are not able to return or exchange if you have changed your mind, so please choose carefully. Please see the product description which lists the size, weight and style of the earrings to determine if the product is suitable for you.
The item I have received is damaged or faulty.
All of our pieces are quality checked but occasionally there may be a fault we didn’t find or your item arrives broken. If this happen please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within five working days of receiving your parcel. Upon return of the item we can determine the issue and are happy to discuss a potential repair, replacement or refund.

At checkout you can choose to pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Paypal.
How are payments processed?
To ensure this site is safe, we utilise HTTPS / TLS encryption, which is the most advanced safety encryption obtainable. We use PayPal and Stripe as our secure payment gateways which offer the highest level of security certification (PCI DSS Level 1).
